Welcome to Cozy Day Creative Studio! By accessing or using our website, services, or products, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.
Cozy Day Creative Studio provides Virtual Assistant services aimed at supporting businesses and individuals with administrative, creative, and operational tasks. Our services include but are not limited to, administrative assistance, social media management, content creation, email management, data entry, and customer support. A detailed list of services is available when we have our chat discussing what your company needs help with, and customized services can be discussed individually with clients. Before commencing any project, we require a formal service agreement, which will outline the specifics of the work, timelines, and pricing. These agreements will take precedence over these Terms and Conditions where applicable.
To access your own portfolio services, you must sign an agreement about your specific services. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when working together on your brand, and you are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Notion (or any service we agree to communicate with) account and all activities that occur under it. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately. Do not share your Notion account with anyone who is not a part of your team. We will delete the Notion account if someone breaches it.
The pricing for services is clearly stated on our website or provided to you in a formal quote or service agreement. Prices may change, but we will notify you in advance of any adjustments. We accept payment through various methods, including Zelle, bank transfers, and Venmo. Invoices will be issued upon completion of the work or as per the terms of our agreement, and payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed upon. Late payments may incur a fee, and continued failure to make payments could result in the suspension of services.
Refunds for services are generally not provided once the work has been completed, but in the event that we cannot fulfill the agreed-upon services, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis. You may cancel only in the beginning week of the official agreement date we decided on. 
We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the confidentiality of any sensitive data you provide. We will not share your personal or business information with third parties, except as required by law or with your explicit consent. All data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Upon full payment for services, you will retain ownership of the final work product. However, Cozy Day Creative Studio reserves the right to use samples of the work for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you provide to us (such as text, images, logos, etc.) does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third parties.
Cozy Day Creative Studio will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. We make no guarantees regarding the outcome of our services but will work diligently to meet the agreed-upon goals.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate our services at any time if you violate these Terms and Conditions, fail to make payment, or engage in illegal activities. We also retain the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, and any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Califonia, U.S.A. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts located in California.
