I require a three-month retainer to effectively assess what's working, make necessary adjustments based on your process, and support your growth. However, before committing, I offer a free discovery call to discuss your goals and answer any questions. This will help you decide if we're the right fit and if the process feels right for you.

does it have to be 3 months? or more or less?

My goal is to seamlessly integrate into your team, which is why each client will be set up with a Notion workspace that houses everything you need. I’m also adaptable and will connect to your communication and project management tools :)

how will we communicate while working together?

I accept clients from anywhere in the world! I am located in the Bay Area, Northern California (PST time zone).

does my location matter to work with you?

Schedule a free discovery call via my inquiry form! We’ll talk about the specific areas where you need support, evaluate if we’re a good match and if the vibes are right~ If it’s not the right fit, that’s perfectly fine. If everything clicks, we’ll move ahead with a proposal and contract.

are we a good fit? how will we know?

I am not a lawyer or a finance expert, so I will not handle bookkeeping, taxes, or legal tasks. I’ll create a personalized plan to suit your needs only but feel free to bring up any tasks you have in mind during our discovery call!

any rejected work you won't do?

I typically work on an hourly or retainer basis. Hourly rates are $80 per hour doing only Web Design Support, and for my 3-month retainer agreements, I offer 17 hours per month for $600. I require 50% upfront/full payment upfront for new clients. Payments are due within 7-14 days of the invoice.
